Roadwork is a drag, but could be a lot less inconvenient if information is readily available and easy to understand in Media Solution. By cleverly displaying information, based on User Experience theory, overall traffic congestion was reduced with 20% on the Tsjalklaan in Rotterdam. It showed to have been even more successful when the project ended, as the congestion reduction stayed at 20%. This shows that information could change behaviour when displayed in the best way.
